In this critical highly autonomous role, you will have primary responsibility for achieving budgeted sales revenues and margins through consistent and sustainable growth across the State. This will involve sound business planning and developing relationships with, and influencing key players in the volume residential and mining builders’ markets. You will also act as the State Representative for key merchant groups and be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, as well as leadership and development of a sales, warehouse/distribution and customer service team.
A commercially astute, energetic and inspiring person, you are results and customer-focused, capable of influencing outcomes across multiple channels to market and motivating a dedicated team. Your proven background in the plumbing, bathroom or general building products sector supports strong strategic business development capabilities, as well as exceptional negotiation, planning and budgeting skills.
