State Sales Manager, Queensland

In this highly autonomous role, your key objective will be to maximise growth and profit within the Queensland region. Responsible for driving sales through the development and implementation of sound strategies and the effective leadership of an enthusiastic, proactive team, you will also manage major accounts in the merchant, commercial and residential building markets. You will also have distribution responsibilities through managing customer service and warehouse functions.
With proven leadership and profit centre management skills gained in the building products sector, you understand its channels to market and indirect selling via a pull-through strategy. With sound business skills in strategy, analysis, finance, people management, presentation and negotiation, you are seen as a respected ambassador across your networks and are known for your ability to build strong relationships.
