The Role
You will be responsible for the daily management of the Service Team of Conveyor Technicians and Mechanical staff; ensuring safe work practices; regularly visiting mine sites to establish relationships and gain an understanding of the customer; and supporting the Branch Manager in achieving profitability and utilisation key performance indicators.

You
Your background includes:
  • Mechanical and/or Conveyor knowledge and maintenance
  • Mining industry experience
  • Supervisory or management experience or potential to move into a leadership role
  • Problem solving skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Customer service and very strong safety focus
  • Commercial acumen.
