Project/Customer Care Coordinator

This key role will see you provide professional support services to a range of internal and external customers, including product and project quotations, processing enquiries and orders, project tracking, assistance with sales presentation development, problem solving and following up product availability.

What you need:

  • Experience in the building materals sector
  • Ideally project/specification coordination/quotations/estimations experience
  • A strong customer service ethic
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • An approach that sees you take responsibility for your actions
  • A willingness to learn.
