Leading a sizeable team, your mandate is to drive performance and continuous improvement in the company’s service to its customers, ensuring ‘seamless flow’ order entry plans are implemented and executed. With a focus on DIFOT targets, you will be required to work closely with distribution, manufacturing and sales, ensuring customer service levels are of a high standard. Critical to the success of this role, is the fostering of a strong customer focus and results-oriented culture within your team, through team and individual development and the achievement of key performance indicators.
With strong leadership experience from a complex, fast-paced and challenging customer service environment, you are able to demonstrate an ability to deliver on strategic business plans, service planning, team management, performance improvement and implementation of evolving digital technologies. Commercially astute and prudent, you are able to identify achievable efficiencies without compromising on standards. As an energetic and inspiring person, you are also capable of influencing outcomes and building strong cross functional relationships.
