In this newly created role, you will be pivotal to driving improvement in inventory holdings through continuous revision of the supply chain, and maximising availability of stock for sale whilst balancing the risks and costs of holding and transport. You will also be responsible for improving productivity and efficiencies of the supply chain operations, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, understand and support required changes.
Supporting your logistics related tertiary qualifications, and/or CPIM, you have a proven track record of inventory optimisation across a multi-site branch network. Proficient in ERP, Excel and SQL, you are highly experienced in data analysis and forecasting, have strong analytical and numerical skills and are able to accurately track inventory and create relevant critical management reports. Naturally you have exceptional organisational, planning and relationship building skills and are a capable negotiator who influences efficient, cost-effective results.
