Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team and play a critical part in developing and achieving the company’s high performance culture to ensure the success of a growing business. You will be broadly focused on five key areas, being: organisation structure and role definition; workplace planning, diversity and working conditions; culture, communication and engagement; systems, talent, reward and policy; and, finally, leadership and change capability.
With a relevant bachelor’s degree, you have significant experience in a senior generalist HR management role within a manufacturing organisation along with specialist knowledge in industrial relations matters and employment law. Experienced with a geographically dispersed workforce, you have a track record of effectively ensuring governance, support and direction in critical areas across compliance and welfare. Pragmatic, decisive and strategic with high emotional intelligence, you are a trusted business partner capable of building strong multi-stakeholder relationships and delivering on well-defined plans aligned with the overall business direction.
