Responsible for the delivery of professional tender responses through to practical completion of projects, you will be involved in coordinating tender responses, negotiating with and selecting project suppliers, as well as contracts with prospective customers (builders/developers), and overseeing all aspects of project execution around claims, notices, EOT’s, disputes and risk assessment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong liaison with customers, suppliers/sub-contractors, internal sales, operations and finance staff throughout the tender and project construction processes.
With commercial tertiary qualifications, you are highly experienced in tender, contract and project administration, as well as risk assessment and project execution, ideally from within the construction and building sector. You are a meticulous record keeper, a highly capable negotiator when it comes to drafting contracts in line with both legal requirements and commercial terms, and have excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills. Confidentiality and integrity are hallmarks of your approach.
