|Contractor Engagement Manager|
|Reporting to the National Control Tower Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships between the company and contractors on a day-to-day basis, planning and allocating cost-efficient sub-contractors across the linehaul group on optimal routes, whilst maintaining the high quality of service safely and efficiently. |
The role will include ongoing development of integrated management systems, processes to deliver operational efficiency and optimum customer service delivery, whilst complying with all requirements of the company, Workplace Heath and Safety and State and Federal Legislation.
|You will have extensive experience managing contractors and sub-contractors as well as knowledge of Road Transport rules and Regulations. You will be excellent at communicating clearly and effectively, be strategic, disciplined and calm under pressure. You excel at managing people whilst negotiating and implementing cost effective staffing solutions. A relevant tertiary education would be an advantage.|
