Working in collaboration with the Executive Management Team, the COO’s role is to lead the optimisation of the practice’s functions across commercial operations, systems, processes and people.

Implementing transformative measures that ensure the organisation operates day-to-day with optimal efficacy, efficiency and commercial profitability whilst reducing risks and increasing capability within the organisation at all levels, you will be an experienced senior manager with a track record of enhancing commercial outcomes within a professional services firm.

Reporting to the Board, you will utilise a collaborative and strategic approach alongside exceptional analytic abilities to ensure best practice guides continual improvement toward goal-state operations. Possessing relevant tertiary qualifications in a business, legal or related discipline as well as a strong understanding of the financial sector, you will have had significant managerial experience leading and integrating multidisciplinary team and supporting systems, processes, policies and procedures.

Tactful, assiduous and a refined communicator with contemporary leadership skills, your demonstrable business acumen will assist your ability to influence change by helping facilitate others’ performance.
