This role requires an Account Manager with field experience selling and managing FTTP services in Multi Dwelling Units, helping drive and manage pre-existing relationships and expanding the business within existing accounts. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers with a view to maintaining, retaining, and providing excellent customer service and open communication with consultants, developers, builders and electrical contractors.
Required skills and experience include:
- Deep ‘in-field’ experience and knowledge with Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs) and developers
- Experience within the Telco/Telecommunications Industry
- An understanding of fiber optics, copper cable, network, design and how it all fits together
- Knowledge of MDU's design requirements within the Telco context e.g. Internet, Phone, Pay-TV, and Free to Air TV.
