Business Development Manager

A pioneering telecommunications carrier, specialising in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of Fibre-to-the-Premises networks for new residential and business developments, this company is as innovative in its technologies as it is in its approach to employee care and interest. This role will see you focusing strongly on developing opportunities and projects for the new Fibre-to-the Premises (FTTP) across the NSW Residential Builder, Medium & High Density markets, calling on Developers and Consultants. With accountability for sales activities, your objective is to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets for the NSW market.

  • Proven sales/business development experience in the residential builder sector specifically around product specification
  • Experience in identifying and opening new opportunities
  • Strong influencing ability
  • Strategic sales planning and execution skills
  • Proven track record of delivering sales revenue and profit targets
  • Sound business and relationship development skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High level drive, energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment
