Your focus will be developing relationships, gaining specifications and driving sales through distributors and merchants across the commercial construction sector via the development of strategic, influential relationships with contractors, Consultants, Engineers and building/facility owners and managers.
Ideally you have a technical sales background dealing with both the specifier/contractor and merchant/distributor markets. You know where the decisions are made and how to influence them. Self-motivated and tenacious yet consultative and team driven, you are able to communicate effectively at all levels and present convincingly. A true professional, you are extremely well organised, strong on follow-through and take an active role in following your specifications/projects through to sale.
